In my observation, I have seen that HR guys over here are very supportive. You go to them with your concerns and without any delay they will make their efforts to resolve it. Also, the best part is that the company also has integrated an HRMS portal. It is a well-developed and designed HR portal which is completely digitalized for employees where they can easily access and use HR services. it takes place in an unbiased manner and on a timely basis. deserving are given good salary and hikes. individuals are approachable and there is open-door kind of culture. seniors are welcome to constructive discussions and ideas. we as colleagues help each other as far as possible. great place!
