...ghly pressurized, with unrealistic demands and minimal support from management. what's worse, a disturbing practice of terminating employees who speak up about salary issues. this creates a toxic atmosphere where open communication is discouraged, making it an employer to avoid at all costs.

No proper increment, no work appreciation, no on time salary, worked 5 years only 2 times increment that to very small amount, here we have to beg for increment, no health insurance, Utter worst company

Learned lot of skills but suffered lot due to salary issue. Lot of mismanagement, favoritism works, if bucket higher management you are good else you don't have any value.

Worst company in terms of growth, salary, appraisal. No benefits at all, no transport, no cafeteria, no health medical benefits. During pandemic not given a laptop to work, used own laptop, own network and worked for 9hr daily.

No salary No respect No job security (lay off) 5 months of pending salary is there. One thing they just follow is inequality. Employees will be the victims of the corporate games played by inefficient higher position employers like sujay nair, tony etc. They don't even accept they are the reason for failure. All they do is blame game and ladder game.
