Nothing much to say good things about this company.

Salary issue always. Most of the time never received salary on time. PF gets deducted every month but still did not add any amount in our PF account. No growth in this company. No skill development. No Promotion, Benefits in this company. No proper management.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ill be finalize. They declare a plan for incentives but NEVER provide to anyone. In the past three years sometime they deducted 25% salary, sometime 50%. SALARY never came on time and nobodies knows when they disbursed. HR never replies on mails. No diwali gifts, no travel claim. always make FALSE Promises

The process of working is good, work culture will have to be more better in the terms of marketing strategies for campuses, Some policies are good but please provide some transparency Regarding provident fund.

HR, Please Timly revert back to your previous employee's mail regarding salary, pf, salary slip or traveling reimbursement

Good work environment. Teammates are helpful to the extent possible.

Dislikes

The untimely disbursal of salary, sometimes they dont pay you for months. Covid or not, every year they whine on the issue of fund and disburse half salary for at least 6 to 7 months.
