Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Work culture is excellent and learning and skills development is very good..fresher can get many knowledge many experience to work here. Fresher can get many things to know for their bright future.

Sometimes salary didn't come on time. It may late for example 10th of every month is the date for salary but sometimes it comes at 14th or 16th of month. Second thing which I don't like of Introsoft is that job security is not here..like it's totally depend on candidate's performance...if candidate's performance is not good then candidate will be fired immediately by company.
