Culture and events organization, no hierarchy any one can reach to any one

The salary offered in not competitive with current market standards, the compensation is relatively low, the benefits are limited, and there are noticeable instance of office politics.

Exposure to available options in other departments/domain and support provided in learning new technology for skill enhancement.

Dislikes

...ment, one is not allowed to work remotely and complete remaining/required tasks. Don't like Gratuity and Health Insurance getting deducted from employee's salary. And, same is not mentioned in salary slip.

Salary and compensation for mid-level development team, worst middle level management team (Some Leads and managers)

The workplace culture is good however, hybrid modes are not used. Additionally, the appraisal, salary, and benefits are average.
