i worked there as data entry operator.the like points about the concern is our operators friends are very good thats it but now i am telling the realty that i faced lots of insecurity on my job because the project on which i worked was totally a fake process so when i entered first time in to their office for interview that time i thought the company is good, i got selected and they offerd me a good salary package but every month we faced salary issue and bad management. and i at last leave this job in october this year and searching a secure company for interview again and they denied to give my last salary... i think they are taking chances to end the future of the candidates like me...

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
