Initially organisation was pretty good where culture, skill development with job security to retain people was there main focus, delivering values rather than generating revenue and to make roots stronger.

Dislikes

When I took an exit from the company is because of the reason where they have created process of band system which is completely biased. People who are not able to generate revenue for the company are not getting potential lead sets. Main people I am referring to ones who are working in silver and learner categories. Second point which I would like to mention is about the refunds. Sales under which refunds are marked from customers end are not being considered under productivity due to which again associates are taking hits on there performances. Conclusion is, if you are starting from learner or silver category, initially leads provided will be very bad and junk where getting closures is very difficult due to competition out there in the market over same products which they are offering now on higher price value stating placement proof that too from 2021. Earlier it was easy to convince people but not competition is there and people are smartly investing in such courses.

Politics and promoting underserving people. They are so insensitive that they don't even care if you lost your family person still, they will push you. no job security and they expect you to work like robot.

The work life balance is excellent here. Your team leads will not always nudge you to do things. You just have to be efficient and smart to be here and get good bonuses. There is a lot of exposure from Day 1

The attrition rate is a little high. At times targets leads to a lot of work pressure. For Human resources, there is a lot of calling involved.
