The people in the company are just awesome,they always support you in case of need and they are very knowledgeable in what they do

not much ,it is related to data science in general rather than the company, there is no end to the work we do.

*Current AVP too much of politics. *Too much Bais towards his favourite people. *Firing People who are performers and keeping those who are helping him to create lobby. *All of sudden the person who is from hr background becomes head of branding where they dont even know the B of branding.(as they are brought to company with help of consultant who is helping him to create lobby). * No work life balance working on all 7 days. * Hr is just a puppet of AVP as part of his lobby. Advice to Management - Bring back Vamsi Sir. And take some actions on current AVP(before he successfully creates his lobby).

Should identify the loop holes and fix the employee retention rate

Wonderful place to work.. Beautiful environment and work place. I miss the CCD coffee there😞. Top management consists of great people. Complete transparency is maintained.
