Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Fraud company, disgusting management, nothing you get for anything for research, no appointment letter, no hr policies, no pf, no leave balance, not getting leave, management behave like you are a slave. For new product development in food technology lab only kadai and cooking pin are available, and they are like food technology means cooking and new product development means making panner butter masala 😂😂
