Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...covid pendamic arrangement was good and so many likes here....... SPECIAL LIKE tourist visa provide employee family (low salary) for 3to4 months filling better because i was member of this group

International Heavy Equipment LLC is dealer of VOLVO & RENAULT trucks joint venture workshop. Working atmosphere is very good and career opportunity also very good for switching . On job training provided by company as per requirement basis. specially company take care to employee for accommodation food and basic needs. In muscat cost of leaving is little bit much . thats all my opinion.

actually no dislikes there . only hot climate is less energy and creat less efficiency in entire gulf, humidity also high march to august .
