IGT is an excellent place for young individuals seeking employment right after school. I appreciate that IGT offers numerous travel-related processes, and I had the opportunity to work with IndiGo, one of India's leading airlines. Not only is IndiGo a well-known and respected airline, but IGT also serves as its parent company. Working with IndiGo comes with perks like staff travel, which is highly popular among new joiners. This benefit allows employees who have been with IndiGo for at least six months to travel throughout India at a minimal cost.

As a newcomer, you might find the salary at IGT less appealing. Although IGT offers cab services, securing one during peak hours can be challenging, especially between 12:00 and 21:00, which is a real hassle. Moreover, if you possess strong social skills and can forge a good relationship with your team leader, you're likely to get your planned leaves and preferred shifts without much trouble. Lastly, the resignation process and final settlements are handled efficiently; I encountered no issues with these during my final days at IGT.

All employees are good. There is career growth. Work environment is average.

...ture. This is d worst part of this company, I have been working here for last 2.5 years but i stuck on d same salary. Company don' even provides any bonus or gift on any occasion. Employee satisfaction is 2 out of 10. For some employee company able to provide system for work from home, but for many company couldnt. This is not our fault, we should get paid for this period.Company is providing health insurance of just 1 lakh, which is very low, it should be min 3 lakhs.

The worst company I have ever ever worked with... This company can spoil ur career ur life your dreams... No job security at all.any time they can throw u out without any reason if u r not buttering upper management...worst work culture... Floor is like a fish market... Very few people speaks in English otherwise all time in Marathi... Again I would like to mention this company has no job security.... people working in this company just because they have to take care of their families. Worst! Non sense! I have resigned just of these nonsense There is nothing in this company which I Liked.

i like the environment of the company only the problem is with salary .its remain same no metter how long u work. salary was just 11k. but if u work nicely incentive is there 5k which is very difficult to earn.
