I appreciate that IGT offers numerous travel-related processes, and I had the opportunity to work with IndiGo, one of India's leading airlines. Not only is IndiGo a well-known and respected airline, but IGT also serves as its parent company. Working with IndiGo comes with perks like staff travel, which is highly popular among new joiners. This benefit allows employees who have been with IndiGo for at least six months to travel throughout India at a minimal cost.

As a newcomer, you might find the salary at IGT less appealing. Although IGT offers cab services, securing one during peak hours can be challenging, especially between 12:00 and 21:00, which is a real hassle. Moreover, if you possess strong social skills and can forge a good relationship with your team leader, you're likely to get your planned leaves and preferred shifts without much trouble. Lastly, the resignation process and final settlements are handled efficiently; I encountered no issues with these during my final days at IGT.

...nity to freshers and help them to built good experience through new technology.. they support in lockdown provide salary at home without work who cannot afford work of home.. and those can afford work from home company provide work from to those employees... But many employees has been terminated by company... during lockdown and Iam one of them

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
