But there won't be any proper promotion or increment and no guidelines or ethics, anytime they make new rules or decisions..that may give a feeling of job insecurity..

There is lot of politics in doctor's job.. Since some working as part time just for signing documents.. Some they will keep for full time.. So it creates inequality within the doctors with same qualification... Your efforts in work won't get recognised or appreciated..
