Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the resurch and development team is transparent. company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I always feel love the work not the company....But now i miss ARCI in all aspects... very good place to learn and explore scientific aspects ....as a researcher i am given full control on the instruments available which is a good step that we learn more than theoretical aspects...we are benefited with all the policies ..to my sense its our interest on how we make things interesting rather depending too much on the guide...

The management has taken adequate measures to prevent the spread of the infections. Preliminary temperature scans at the entry gate, self devloped mods for biometrics, sanitizers, masks, social distancing is well taken care. Also medical assistance is being provided for the infected ones. Techs are indigenously made with UV to disinfect objects. Time to time cleaning and maintenance is observed.

The place seems like heaven. Lush green environment cheers you up with energy. Positive vibes and peace prevail.

Institute following all the guidelines to minimize the spread of Covid-19 by providing health monitoring systems and avoiding direct meetings whereever posible. Also adopted alterntive days for research fellow for work from home. Provides health insurnce and reambursment of Covid-19 testign money if any one has symptoms and permitted positive tested persons for home quarantine

ARCI is one of the premier R&D organisations in India. Facilities in ARCI, in particular, Materials Characterisation, for carrying out research are world-class. It is also one of the centres of excellence under DST, Govt of India, which takes up challenging problems in Materials Science and develops new materials and technology that are transferrable to industries. The support and training extended to the students/scholars are excellent. The outgoing students from ARCI always find good positions in well-established research organisations.
