As I was a dedicated staff, they did not lay me off. Throughout the lockdown period company provided us the salary. I learned the value of one minute, punctuality, how to present oneself, people management and a lot. But, the working environment in CCU base was not cool. It was kind of school culture.

Job is secured during pandemic as well,work culture is great secularism, management is good, standard operating procedures are defined,overall good experience

Salary structure for the Aocs staff that customer service and security should be incremented,not at all happy with the salary as it doesn't allow one person to meet both the ends of the family🙏

Job security, That's it, nothing else. That too because they are always in need of staff because experienced ones are always leaving.

Dislikes

Well there is a lot of politics, but that's common nowadays. Salary is decent but they make you work way more than that. Timing is a big issue as sometimes you will have to work for 15 hours straight. And no-one even acknowledges you for that. You will be told to extend shift every now and then. And saying no means you are in their bad graces and you don't want that unless you want to be a target. If there comes a complaint against you, no-one is going to believe your scenario, because for them, customer is always right. Career growth is directly proportional to your compatibility with your seniors. So if you are in dire need of money, please go ahead and join, because as i said before, salary is decent. But if you have other options, my advice will be to look for those other options.

It's good if you are really into building your career. There is so much opportunity to learn and grow at the same time lots of exposure to senior executive within the organization. Prompt action and solution to any HR related problem provided you know the right way to escalate the issues.

The work culture is as such where you don't have to hide your thoughts or the feedback about the company and most importantly it gives us the privacy to work the way we want it.

Dislikes

There is nothing to be disliked about the company as it has always supported to there employees to it's fullest can't expect more from the company.
