...n traveling to India is impossible now from Doha with qurantine restrictions. It's like you have to listen and follow any bulshit of the CEO and VP in order to get a handsome salary tax free with fully furnished well maintained accomodation and wonderful lifestyle. And be mentally prepared to leave at any time if asked to .

...er the have redundant lot of crew the work pressure is unimaginable on crew . Salary is stagnant so it's a negative part now. Cant visit your home country due to mandatory qurantine regulation if doha and Qatar airways has not changed their leave policies so you are stuck in Doha .

Teammates are really supportive. I am stranded outside country due to current pandemic situation. But still company is taking well care of me and assuring that they are behind me.

Dislikes

Salary is good but there is no increment from long. As it is a huge industry working with so many employees at a same workplace, it is kind of difficult to address or provide attention to employees actual performance. Company has many departments to work in, but it's not easy to ask for change of department.

It's how you take it.. for me every company has it's own flaws.. if I say something disliking bout Qatar AIRWAYS it's wrong to say that, given me an opportunity to work that's the greatest of all, many people want to be there but can't, but I was chosen. Qatar AIRWAYS is the best and will be the best according to me

Nothing just promising huge salary figure but will barely give you 2/3 of it

Dislikes

Worst work life balance You are expected to work like machines two persons work alone even they'll call you on weekoffs to work and not compensate it They have overtime policy however will never grant it even if you were forced to work 5-6hrs extra daily Everything literally everything here is on pro rata base be it bonus, annual leave, sick leave or mediclaim they can't even give you sick leave if you are admitted you have to *earn* them Bad smelling washrooms Pretty bad management Cafeteria sucks even their pantry doesn't have room to accomodate everyone and lacks basic amenities like cutleries
