It was great experience to work there and i learned a lot to grow careerwise. There was good training and work culture with multi nation environment was great!

Salary was not enough to continue living there(not only this hotel i guess)

I have enjoy working in intercontinental hotel Nairobi. it is a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoy going to work each morning. but I feel am not challenge enough at the job

I like the company culture and its environmental care and concern with involvement in community activities.

Dislikes

The team is so friendly with much awareness given through training. Intercon Nairobi values peoples traditions, culture and religion ensuring that it doe not interfere with peoples rights.

Duty hours is moderate compare to other hotels, there is space for innovation and opportunities to develop new things.

Dislikes

Upper management is very poor, no work ethnics and policies, total dictatorship, doesn't follow any culture and policies of the brand 'Intercontinental'. No team outing, annual day or any kind of staff welfare.
