Job security coz they don't fire

Dislikes

They give less hike and WFO is 4days a week. They want people to leave but don't fire people and create negative environment which leads to losing good resource and company is stuck with poor resource

Job security, work life balance, organisation culture , free snaks, no late night calls

Dislikes

4 days work from office , limited area covered for transport, no learning scope for new tech stack as it have old stack in some places, admin facilities are not upto the mark they can improve

They have the worst culture which we never expect from a product based company.

Work culture, Campus, Manager and senior manager behaviour towards the employees. More micro management. Tech wise very weak and no proper standard

Great technology, excellent brand name. Indian ICE operations suck. Customer support is seated along side core architecture, development and quants teams, It is extremely disturbing. IT department and over all most of the support verticals are extremely unprofessional. Overall, not a conducive environment for employees to make progress.

Dislikes

HR, Recruitment departments are pathetic. They do not have an in-house immigration department. They do not even have a proper ERP for formal exit procedures.
