They have the worst culture which we never expect from a product based company.

Work culture, Campus, Manager and senior manager behaviour towards the employees. More micro management. Tech wise very weak and no proper standard

Great technology, excellent brand name. Indian ICE operations suck. Customer support is seated along side core architecture, development and quants teams, It is extremely disturbing. IT department and over all most of the support verticals are extremely unprofessional. Overall, not a conducive environment for employees to make progress.

Dislikes

HR, Recruitment departments are pathetic. They do not have an in-house immigration department. They do not even have a proper ERP for formal exit procedures.

Excellent work culture, Opportunity to grow ourselves Reputed Company.

Dislikes

Not much benefits to employees like other peer companies. Ex: 2 Way Cab facility,Food facility, Other facilities like Indoor game rooms,Gyms etc are not available.
