They give salary in one month, sometimes two months delay without any notice. For example - January salary will be given in march ( One month delay). No good appraisal or salary hike only 2000 - 3000 rs for field engineer or Lab technicians. NO OVERTIME PAY, I supervise a Bridge slab casting for 2 days continuously but got no benefits, no work day off , no overtime pay, just nothing😡. And after project end they can send you home (Not Terminate) for 6 months or more without pay. Worst company to work for. They give bonuses in Diwali by cutting one thousand rupees per month , total 12 thousands from our salary. They give our own salary as bonuses 🤣.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...ruption compain was not there as exist in some US ,UKand Europian consultancies. Salary Less.Coy must Pay attention while choosing team leader and anticorruption compain.Must not coat low rate while bidding.

No Appretiation to the employee for their hardworks. Lots of politics. You wont get your salary on time. Takes one n half month to give salary And takes almost 5-6 months for full n final salary. No satisfation in terms of appraisal and promotion. Work environment is average.
