i would not recommend working here, especially if you are fresher or someone who is looking for the creative environment. From the start, the atmosphere feels demotivating and isolating. People seem disconnected, with no real communication or teamwork- everyone just focused on their tasks, as they are in a race. there is a complete lack of project planning and direction; it almost fells like a business run like a ration shop, with no focus on growth and innovation. if you are creative and want to bring new ideas to the table, this isn't the place for you. the culture doesn't support creative thinking, and they prefer sticking to the same old methods. it's a place where you are expected to follow instructions strictly with room for personal input or development Overall, it's a No-Go for anyone looking for supportive, engaging and growth-oriented work environment.

Policy is designed to humilated and to punish the employee, if you are even 5 minutes late a 25% of the daypay will be deducted from your salary, also you have to complete the working hours for the same late came day post 25% deduction. they use policy as a weapons against Employee, they always try to cut your salary. they expected 100 % efforts from you but failed to provide 100 % pay.

This Is not a employee centric company. There is no employee benefit. 6 days work. 9 hour per day 45 min break time per day. 25% deduction on late after 10 am.
