This company give work to employee according to their qualification. And celebrates all Indian culture for relaxation of employee.

Dislikes

Not fixed working hours and weekly off too. And salary was too low to the high educated employee as employee working with their high qualification.

...ironment and culture. teammates are play politics. Company policies are too bad. Appraisals are poor and they not give salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is poor and career growth is equal to non.

I love the work culture here. Also the job security. In spite of covid-19 it doesn't affect our salary. Company takes care of our mental health also along with physical health.

It has became an excellent experience for me to work at Intelux as a trainee in field support department.I am enjoying this experience from January 2017.I am at location rajkot. My team mates and over all Gujarat Intelux team all really very supportive.

Dislikes

It is very good experience to work at Intelux but... It did not support to carier growth for long term apportunity.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, and high quality power management system and simple power system and one more new product SP that quality product selling to INDUS TOWERS and VIOM networks with good service orders.

Dislikes

Only one thing that is user manual delayed.that is is a drawback.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
