Salary credited on time. Other teams are good but in my case I got worst team

Tech Lead and manager has no vulnerability to speak with co workers.. no work life balance. Manager is calling mid night 1 am and asking for status of task which is completed and handover to person and after not picking call asking the reason. Very arrogant attitude and so manipulative. Company is okay but some team has very toxic work culture. If you are in client project then only work other wise don't work in any interswift internal team.

False promise, job role was inferior than designation, Got Appointment as software engineer Got work role as software support executive which does not involve development

...ent support , toxic culture with toxic managers . It's a pathetic place to work.always ask extend to work extra with no compensation.
