... care of your mental health by serving good snack, music, games and refreshment. HR policy is much better than other companies, you always receive your salary on time, you can claim your insurance without any hassle, incentives are processed as promised, etc. Good place for growth.

...people in the company who have not received their due incentives for 3-4 months. So if there is any variable pay mentioned in your offer letter, do not consider that amount as you will almost never receive it. FOR LPU (Lovely Profession University) STUDENTS: They hire a lot of people from LPU so if you are from LPU be especially aware of them. LPU placement committee knows all of these unethical practices but still works with them just to show better placement results. So as your big brother, I am advising you, DO NOT JOIN INTELLIPAAT. Ask your seniors to double-check. Intellipaat used to do the same practices at CU (Chandigarh University) and so CU has block-listed them. Don't make up your mind just by reading this one review. Please go through all the reviews, you will get these repetitive complaints in all the reviews (other than those reviews that Intellipaat writes itself to better its rating on Glassdoor-like platforms) It's my honest suggestion that it's better to wait for a few months for other opportunities rather than wasting your 1-2 years in this company

...rofessional. worst scenarios is manager yell on floor in front of every one . they deduct even 100rs from salary .

Everything, it includes office politics, salary was less, the shift timings are terrible, the way juniors are treated by the seniors, the company cafeteria food is expensive and if you eat outside you will be judged as if they are giving enough money to eat inside, first place where I realised hindi speaking(who is not a south indian) people will be considered dumb.

No work-life balance. Salary of first month will not be paid after first month. Hectic timings. No off day on Saturdays and month end Sundays. The manager of my team used abusive bad words, not to me but to others.
