...ng weekends not to mention the workplace harrasment of having to work or resign. During Covid, they cut the pay too for choosing to stay at home and not come to the Office.

... care of your mental health by serving good snack, music, games and refreshment. HR policy is much better than other companies, you always receive your salary on time, you can claim your insurance without any hassle, incentives are processed as promised, etc. Good place for growth.
