Nothing much to tell specifically Its a nice place to learn and grow if you are under good manager and TL... that too for short term duration like 6 months intership experiance... Not preferable for long term relationship with this company. If you gone under worst Manager and TL means this company gonna show hell I am giving this suggestion to everyone who gonna join here for sales team right kindly don't look for BDA, Look for something better... Kindly dont come to sales department

...month, reaching the targets means you can survive here, or else direct fire. 5. after hiring the candidate within less then 1 month only they fired many freshers (to fire within one month only they will hold the 1st month salary so that release on 4th month bullshits) 6. They will show higher package in offer latter 5LPA + 4LPA variable so 9LPA and Starting 6 months will be trainee/Internship on those, dont fall for this trap because they will reduct the salary in name of pay of loss, plus for not reaching the monthly targets. finally you will get payment around 15k something based on Loss of pay 7. Not a positive environment to work here. (its toxic)

...ellipaat in my contract they mention 9hr shift but we stay in company for 12 hr. And still they deduct our salary, your efforts doesn't matter if u not doing any sale

...y to be productive. They could for 9 hours and run. That includes the manager. 2 Salary and Benefits - That's a satire. CTC in offer letter is a scam. They account everything in variable pay and scam college placement cells. 3 Promotion and Appraisal - When asked about this to seniors, they gave no hope in career path. Politics, Fatigue. 4 Job Security - Welcome to the club! Hiring blindly to fill the sales team. Firing in Skype within a week. Stupid policy. HR could do employee supply demand forecast before recruitment. Funniest quote from Trainer "sales is not everyone's cup of tea" well I drink coffee. Don't try sell Tea/ sales to everyone then. Hire people from marketing discipline. 5 Skill Development/ Training - 0 ethics. Scamming is the usual practice here. They think themselves as mafia bosses while blabbering to customers. Trainers are telling interns to introduce themselves as ("senior" learning consultant to customers) Jesus!. The trainer doesn't even knows to pronounce Toronto (University of Toronto) and doesn't knows that it's in Canada, cannot pronounce Massachusetts institute of technology. But she's a QA pro here. Reincarnated as learning consultant too. 6 Work Satisfaction - Even trainers are drained. Trainer guy behaves like school master. No leadership skills. I can't see myself after 2-3 years in that position. Sales is not scam. Don't scam in name of sales. When questioned against he tells, "you all have no talent to crack interviews that's why we are giving you opportunity for career. That's why our recruitment process was easy". Man, then why you recruit students and show them 9 LPA. That too from NIT, Jain University. Dumb? Huh.. 7 Company culture - That's a stand up comedy show. One guy always wears sunglasses inside office for no apparent reason, Don't even have optimum AC temperature, dumped 50 guys in one little room for training. Trainer guy makes reels with HR girls to show "company culture" brags about his salary. Roaming with HRs (any gendered person) for making reels instead of discussing why people are posting bad reviews about the company. Note: I have experience in working with startups. This is not the sustainable way for any startup environment. It's BS.

It is place only suitable for people interested in temp jobs. Good way to make money quickly and people are friendly.

...e work life culture. 10 hours everyday is a must, no growth, no professionalism. Not the right company for freshers especially from technical background and Salary deductions on regular basis

...nager asking for sales even at 11-12 in midnight. CTC is the biggest scam ever You will get 1 month salary along with 4 month salary and in very 1 month 95 out of 100 people joining here will be fired which means 95% of you will spend almost close to a lakh to relocate to Bangalore in hope of a good paying job working for a good co but at the end will end up loosing money your peace of mind and everything.
