...cause of Regional Manager's tapori attitude and disrespect for experience & age. Never ever heard of Warehouse shrink losses to be deducted from Manager's salary without even disclosing it during offer & interview. Beware !!!

Biggest mistake ever done by joining this company..they don't deliver what they promised to the employees w.r.t to leaves, CTC, benefits, and during COVID-19 they payed basic salary for 2 months...and the co-founders are just greedy for funding they can only beg and not deliver as per the milestones

No benefits, No feedback, No appreciation, No Job Satisfaction, No Kra, No Paid Leaves and lot of politics from co-founders to Management..They don't treat well for freshers

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
