compensation for experienced employees is good, if you do well you are rewarded. there is room for growth is certain projects.

My experience working here is very good. They offer multiple benefits for their clients such as, good salary and flexible working hours. So i can say this is a recommended place for all.

U will be asked to pay back ur APDP at the time of company Exit.APDP which they never pay above 60%.So pls be ware about this company. Its as worst as they come. Also NO hike and also using very old tech stack. JOIN ONLY IF U HAVE NO PLACE TO STAY AND NO MONEY TO EAT.
