...iven is no where related to it. Unachievable commitments are given to clients resulting in employee burnout . Don't fall in trap by believing unauthentic positive reviews and joining and repenting later . Best way to check the reality is by checking with existing employees who are in your friend circle. Beware of people who are here for very long term by threatening management by resigning every now and then and getting promotions and heavy hike 2-3 times in a year even though they don't deserve it. These people will create dependency on them and don't share any details with team mates , play politics by sending all non performers from their team to your team to spoil your deliverables and push all rejected work to you, target you in front of management and show their supremacy resulting in attrition of many people . Complaining to HR is of no use as they don't take any action and show rude behaviour and hide lot of information during onboarding. So Job seekers needs to do lot of due deligence before taking most important decision of their career.
