... here you will get more work,no work life balance and Less benefits and hikes. Salary and promotions depends on which region you belong. North Indian people should avoid this company especialyy from UP and Bihar.

Best place for disability people to work. Providing free food for late working employees is highly appreciable. Can bring child to work is my favorite thing in Intellect.

Dislikes

Pay is a big problem. Low grade with less experienced person would get ~40% more salary than high grade with more experienced person. Not putting effort to keep the highly commendable people in company.

Managers are the major problem as no motivation received from them .Lots of work with stiff deadlines,poor planning ,bad compensation especially annual incentives
