Hiring and firing company, there is no job security. Now a days managers are posting face reviews on some websites as they are not getting employees due to negative reviews.

A non-employee friendly organization. Zero work-life balance. No activities - trips - events to be held. You will be only expected to work every minute of your day. Non friendly incentive structure. Rude management, no politeness in words. Too bossy.

Liars the 2 director who is taking interview saying horrible things like u might meet with accident while travelling to work.. Y ur saying like this wen u dont give any transportation.. R u stupid

Honestly, every company will have similar expectations from their employees. I see alot of individuals talk ablout job secruity, culture, appraisals, work life and many more but has anyone shared about their personal work performance feedback?? LOL......

Firstly, the company is not headquarted in Bangalore, when it comes to India Operations and not sure who has provided the wrong information on such websites. Ambition box is on foot steps of glassdoor, who does not investigate reviews before having them posted. Glassdoor got sold out, are you next?

Nothing. They ask employees forcefully to put good reviews about the company, so don't believe on good reviews. A good scam.

Dislikes

Manager is terrible and psycho. Manager himself is a brother of owner who can do nothing has no knowledge and skills. Treat female employees badly and once the work is done they fire you for no reason or put you in PIP. Employee use to cry because of the abusive environment.
