Nothing.. It's a joke.. They will shut down soon.. It's completely night shift with no cab no food no tea ni ciffee no guard no mgmt no nothing and only threats and lies and dirty smelly toilet

Everything mainly 2 idiots who call themselves director and are more actor.. They shud clean dirty toilets in their office drive cab for employees and bring them to office and manage cafeteria fr employees.. Only then they will do work.. First learn to provide workable office then start expecting frm employees anything

Donot work in this company ! i repeat donot work in Integration infotech. the company has a culture similar to a dictator style and doea not adhere to any corporate compliance you would expect. that being said be prepared for a sudden exit anytime should you think you want to be a part of it. the company doesnt care about its employees hence the rate of emoyees leaving the company is pretty high. this itself is a red mark for anyone deairing to work in this company. That being said lets suppose you dont intend to use this experience for further use than by all means go for it. But i have seen some cases where employees dont get paid hence you got to be careful and should leave without the notice.

You have to learn on your own if you don't have support from your collages. HR dep. Is worst, if you have knowledgeable people around you are lucky.
