IWS provide job security, if any project completed means they will use employees to another one project with good salary. They will listen our problems and give some solution. Management is very important one, here i am getting good management. Company policies are really helpful for employees..

They didn't give full salary and the project manager Mr Girish and delivery head Mr praney Kumar take employees salary the fund also and they force the employee to give resignation submit their kit with proper mail gives dates for salary and expenses and on the date gave threat me do what ever and said you got your salary after 2 months . They didn't give salary and always hold on LWP and in offer letter there is not any point like u will paid for your work day only

Otherwise there is no benefit working in this company. ◆No job security. ◆Uninformed salary deductions. ◆Poor response from administration (you need to write so many mails to get single response). There was many other bitter memories with this company. But still, if you badly need a job you can work .🙁🙁

Very good company for future growth . No need to call for salary it's come on right .And very good opportunity to career growth. Every thing is going balanced. No need to complain.

I was lucky I got good team mates at my time. But I can't say for others. Don't expect appraisal or salary growth. As Iws take project from other companies, work environment depends on projects you are involved
