Too much micro management It's NOT A COMPANY ITS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS Salary deduction if you came late for 2 minutes or more. Appraisal is delayed more than 5-6 months arrear amount (appraisal amount) will receive in EMI

Be very careful before joining else you life will be become hell. You can not talk with your colleagues on the floors

Everything, Partiality, 0 humanity, Salary deductions for coming late 2 minutes. Appraisal delayed for 7 months and then took 6 months to provide Appraisal salary.

... Even during this pandemic, they are not even ready to give a single sick leave. They always try to deduct the pay from empkoyee's salary.

their company policies like break tracking system, leave policy, dress code policies, mobile phone policy etc. they dont even have single employee friendly policy.
