Some people are good and nothing else .... And this is my first job that's why I respect this organization .

Dislikes

Partial management, no cooperation,complication for overtime,salary not increase after completing 14 months also,no medical leaves,no outing,no party & celebration even on birthday's on management side.

They just need to work done which is alloted to you. It will not matter weather from office or from anywhere worlds corner. Work life balance is also be good. If someone is from non tech background and want to grow in the operation field then the iiservz is the better place to work.

Dislikes

...f you have are from the IT background so they want you also to learn operations. And second is salary is very low in compare to the market norms PPL are working underpaid only the senior position may be they get good salary otherwise you cannot expect salary. To get appraisal you have to fill multiple forms and also justify everything in from of management why they will increase your salary.

Timing, working environment the way the help everyone one and teach how to do work and colleague are very helping nature.

Each and every thing was good there no such thing I dislike my current company but I leave bcz I have to learn different things.

It has the job security. Freshers are welcome. It pays salary on time

Location is not good. Company is located in industrial area. There were not public transport facility . Saturdays are not off there

After being forced to move up in the department, I lost my trust and support.I put in a lot of efforts and met my goals, but the managers didn't give any praise.
