Salary was much less than how much I worked. 24×7 work burden, one cannot take care of personal life. They try to steal even Saturday and Sunday.

It is a good place to learn and upskill if you take initiative, but the organisation does not effectively contribute to employee growth.

Only good thing is flexible timings

No work life balance. You can't think about your family. Salary and benefits are not satisfied as compared to the volume of the work they extract from the employees.

Work-Life balance is good. You won't be made to work overtime often. Just once in a week or 2 weeks. You get decent to good systems to work on. Chennai office is located within an IT park, so we can get fine snacks and food at the common cafeteria. Optional flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Micromanagement. Hardly any bonuses or appraisals no matter how long you stay with the company. They do not get good clients to work on producing quality work. Eagerness to embrace new tools, technologies and techniques is limited. Second Saturday is considered a working day but since nobody works on that day, they'll force you to use up your 12 sick leaves throughout the year. Flexible working hours is given but it is subjective to your manager's views on timings.
