Awlays send to client location,very difficult to work in client place .Integra micro software services doesn't have own projects.

...t time no buses are travelling to bangalore.Because of that company has fired.any company have notice period without pay anything they terminated don't join in this company.Integra clients are CSG ,Manipal don't go as per my Experience don't join this type of comapnies I loss one year.I not Under stand client client client without client company doesn't have own projects.In case projects are not assigned from client they will terminate without any thing.Some peoples are feeling like boss of the company. NOTE:MY QUESTION COMPANY HAS NO PROJECTS THEN WHY HIRING CANDICATES.Again informing to all don't join this company

No work life balance,No proper work system maintained, No hike ,High work pressure, No compof, worst canteen food,company infrastructure is like 70's,Need to beg for a leave.Partiality, behavior is very insulting on our last day at a company,they ignore us and won't give proper details for completing formality,make us wait for long

Nothing to like here as when a fresher joins, he will be forced to stay for atleast 2 years as there a bond otherwise nobody will stay in the organization more than 2 years.
