... me to work from anywhere (sometimes we need to work in weekends - very rarely). The Salary and benefits including insurance coverages are great, including good annual raises. If you are a top performer, the raises are great. A particular highlight is the performance bonus and insurance premium are not linked to the CTC. Additionally, the referral and hiring bonus programs encourages us to bring friends and family into the team. The leadership team is approachable, transparent, and treats everyone fairly, regardless of seniority. They value talent and offer rapid career growth, along with support for learning new technologies through platforms like Udemy and Pluralsight, encouraging continuous personal development.

At times, I feel like isolated due to the lack of in-person interactions with colleagues. Communication and mentoring requires extra effort to ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings, as we rely heavily on virtual meetings and messaging.

I joined this organization a few years ago, I would like to share some constrictive feedback that would help enhance the work environment and employee satisfaction: 1. Employee Monitoring: There have been indication of monitoring measures, such as audio and video recording, particularly for remote workers. Transparency and respect for privacy are crucial to fostering trust. 2. Policy Adjustments: Last year changes in policy, including notice period, working hour and weekend availability create uncertainty. 3. Project Management: Although the organization follows Agile principles, occasional last minute changes and sifting priorities disrupt the workflow. 4. Workload Distribution: Onboard of new team members are commendable, but workload often remain high, with task redistributed rather than alleviated. A more balanced approach to workload management would contribute to employee well being and sustained productivity. Conclusion: Weekend works, endless call and constant task shift don't boost productivity, proper planning and valuing employees do. Respecting privacy and fostering trust will lead to better results. My observation are shared with intent of supporting the company's growth and fostering a positive work culture. I believe addressing these area will benefits both the organization and its employee in the long run.

WFH and On Time Salary

The deadlines here seem to be pulled out of thin air, with vague requirements and imaginary client urgencies. if the client wants an app, they should finalize the requirements and give us a realistic timeline instead of expecting us to work 16-hour days and weekends. The monitoring feels overbearing, making it hard to even talk privately with family while working from home. A little trust would go a long way. A balance between productivity tracking and respecting employees' Privacy is essential. There's no proper hierarchy-no CEO, CTO, or PM-just a handful of people acting as everything. Naturally, this leads to forgotten requirements and chaos. Endless requirement changes force us to redo everything, only to be told in the end that it wasn't needed. Then they will demand weekend work to finish tasks, and after pulling day-and-night efforts, they will change requirements again. if they call this agile, they should first learn what agile really means. Everything feels clumsy and unprofessional, like a haphazardly run operation. it's a classic case of trying to run a marathon with untied shoelaces messy, exhausting, and bound to trip sooner or later.
