Operation manager Al Ain and Abudhabi is not skilled for his post and the way his talking to employee is rude and insulting people very badly. He is purposely hiding to tell employee what his next assignment until his last day and telling suddenly no job for you. He is not talking to employee during the project, only he will call start of the project and end of the project.

We able to discuss with MD regarding our area development.

Dislikes

Salary not paid in time, job security is not there, even we give growth in business, Last month salary and Full & Final settlement not given. There is no corporate culture.
