Well working at intec infonet. Director is such a Gem .Good understanding people ok work environment but not proper salary hike & Salary issues are there..

Probably only the salary factor gone wrong as every month we need to hope for salary on time but every time it will get late .no transport no medical no Pf .useless software usage push..No cafeteria.

however they have a very bad , management ,they provide late payments ,will harass the employee indirectly incase you try to resign ,they will take atleast half a year to clear your account but will give lectures that they want everyone to excel and will support if the employee gets a new better opportunity but deep down they are jealous and won't let you joint other organization easily ,so if possible kindly skip this organization for your own good

Intec Infonet provides me the opportunity to start my Carter in networking. I am working with this organisation from more than 3 years. Everything is excellent in this compnay what a worker expect from his company. Provides Learning and helps up developing new skills, a healthy environment and extra curricular activities which helps a worker to stay motivated and productive at every aspects of an organisation.
