Dislikes

More can be done with respect to lab infrastructure, and technology development. People need to be more professional with respect to communication , managerial training should be enforced for senior managers. Rude behaviour towards new comers which eventually leads to early attrition . Supporting functions need to be more responsible and vigilant.

Work environment is good. Company is progressive and invest in new technology and ideas without much need of persuasion. Overall good place to learn grow and progress in career. Work life balance is excellent.

Kindly give increment as per rule that is on April so employees can balance financial help in those life because late increment can not assuritiy that employees can not leave company but if increment has been give time to time then it's may be possible that employees can stay in company for long time.

Dislikes

There are no training for new joinee. Direct on working and if any mistakes happened then instead of explaining, bad behaviour from old staff.. Old employees are stable in company and behaviouring rudely for new comers so new joinee so as new joinee can not stay long. Old staff employees know nothing but shows too much attitude. Dirty politics in company by stable employees (old staff since 5 yr).Department not sanctions a single leave in a month even though if u have urgent requirement of leave. 10 hrs working in first shift without fail.All old staff employees are in disciplined and playing politics by torturing verbally without any reason and mentally harrasing towards new joinee. Original documents are due to the said issues taken from Hr personal so new joinee requested not to submit original documents otherwise untill one year u will locked the same at here.
