1. They do not allow work from home even you gets sick, they gorce you to take leave instead of wfh. 2. Thay charge for the food, in the offer letter they mentioned food is available in office, but now its chargablke. (they charge too less for food) 3.

Likes

Founders r quite matured & methodical in their approach. They work closely with the team while giving space. They care for their employees in true spirits and have been working closely to support the team wherever employees need them. Quite a good organisation to work with

It is for the people who work in office. Worst for the on field employees.

Your manager calls you at 11 and asks about the update for next day plan. This is what happened with me. No learnings for sales role, internal policies change by time to time no proper communication for the employees who stays out of the head office location. They have only one office in Pune and they are not having any idea to setup another office.

Likes

For employees in the plant, it is very well cultured but for on field employees job security is always a point of tension. You don’t know whether you have your job tomorrow or not.

Dislikes

Few managers and their awful management skill and leadership techniques.
