Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

There are nothing to like. Everyone is worst there specially Devakki . She is such hai dumb person I have ever meet in my life . She has 0 business knowledge. How to run a organisation she has no idea .

Nothing. Nothing Nothing. I was working for around 12-14hr in a day. Most funny things were 1st CEO will ask to their employees that I am open to take new ideas from your end when you come up with a creative idea . She will just said 'i have better knowledge about business ". 😂

Nothing, Guys please don't join, all the positive reviews are fake, they are the current workers probably forced to do so. Retention rate of workers is zero, how much every skilled you are, you will be removed irrespective of your work. Worst management, Worst people and CEO, Please stay in house for an additional year and upgrade your skills rather than working here, highly highly recommended, please don't join.

Nothing about the company is special they are bull shit in everything except bullying working people. I would like to add the names for sure for future use that any employee who applied will get know their real faces before joining the company Kanika- she works for operation but interfere in all others work and tell bully you. Priya- master mind of instrucko she is the one who shouts at you before everyone. She think herself as lady Hitler. But in reality she has nothing in her mind. Both this people will definitely bully you. This Kanika will sit on office and do nothing other than text with someone. Fu*k you a** hole company
