Retention rate of workers is zero, how much every skilled you are, you will be removed irrespective of your work. Worst management, Worst people and CEO, Please stay in house for an additional year and upgrade your skills rather than working here, highly highly recommended, please don't join.

I can say without hesitation that it is one of the best companies I ever worked for. The company's leadership and management team are knowledgeable, and supportive and provide a great work environment for their employees.

Nothing about the company is special they are bull shit in everything except bullying working people. I would like to add the names for sure for future use that any employee who applied will get know their real faces before joining the company Kanika- she works for operation but interfere in all others work and tell bully you. Priya- master mind of instrucko she is the one who shouts at you before everyone. She think herself as lady Hitler. But in reality she has nothing in her mind. Both this people will definitely bully you. This Kanika will sit on office and do nothing other than text with someone. Fu*k you a** hole company

A great place to learn. You get many opportunities to hop in other activities and learn new skills. Work life balance which no edtech can give at present. Good and helpful people around
