Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No work culture. People are not even paid tha basic salary determined by labour law. They don't even understand HR dept is. There is no proper washrooms. Pay salary in cash on the dates they feel like. They use the college premises as their personal resort. They enjoy their family picnics, marriage ceremony, birthday and anniversary celebrations and what not!!!! Employees are given 2 days off in a month. No holidays even on National Holidays, forget about CL, PL, SL. Sometimes if chairman feels he orders for deducting 2 days salary for one day's absence. You would feel like a Slave here.

Everything other than the greenary around.
