1. Extremely disappointed with the leadership because of one person whose habit is to always over-commiting named Manjunatha who is the CEO. Everyone has observed this behaviour as this is a recurring problem with him. 2. Secondly, he never responds on calls, we are facing problems and he is enjoying his vacation leaving us to handle it, what is this leadership? Is this how you handle a company having international clients? This is clear sign of lack of empathy and accountability. 3. Leadership is all about standing with your people but he fled, this is " SHAMELESS" behaviour.

They have taken me offering me a project but after joining they haven’t done project allocation and said after few months that they don’t have any projects we are firing you like that,hr management is not responsive
