Worst work life balance, worst atmosphere where if you do not complete 160 hours of work a month your salary will be cut by 20%. Managers will try not to give 160 hours work and you need to beg them to get work assigned. In reality 180-200 hours of work is estimated as 160 hours literally making you a slave to sit for 10-11 hours at office and complete otherwise 20% cut. Beware of joining.

No work life balance, hectic work culture, point based task is there if you achieve less point you will get less salary, Saturday Sunday also some times called to do work if you not ready to do work they will do target .
