Dislikes

...bs and starts billing and once clients realise the ploy, they fire the new hire. Also it gives the company an opportunity to not confirm new employees and keep their large amount of variable pay. Cheating t to he client and own employees by all means is in the blood and soul of InspireXT. If one is feeling good in current state and wants to play with their career, they can try jeopardise it by joining InspireXT.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
