The company is open to people who are innovative with latest technologies. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that delivers a quality of work to client.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

When it comes to management it’s worst. You feel like school and manager as principle. Working in this organisation means you are getting trained yourself as a skilled politician. It’s full of politics.

You'll be anticipated to work on something and you'll be working on completely different things. The management doesn't have any "Integrity" and gives lectures on them. If you ask something and they'll respond with else thing. People who wants join politics, I would say, join this company for a crash course.

-They do offer work from home and they will call you to office if your internet is slow. -No night shift allowance -Every manager feel that he's the CEO -No basic things will be supplied in office

Best place to work Salaries on time The work culture is amazing Management is employee-friendly Company Policies are as per IT standards The company is located at Rushikonda IT SEZ, opposite the beach and you can see the view of green trees and the blue sea directly from your desk.

There are no hikes and promotions in the company. Lots of internal politics in the company and within the team. There is no proper identity or appreciation for your work.
