Nothing to like here, No salaries, No timings, etc… I never seen such like company. Actually 1 star is casual, If there is 0 star. I’ve given that “0”.

Dislikes

... to 11hrs in the office, if you go home before the timings, you’ll be fired. Also there is no proper salaries, I never taken my salary on time. Please don’t get join in this company. Believe that still I haven’t received my January’23 salary. Thanks.

Salary will not credit on time. Some times it will take 2 to 3 or 4 months to credit the salary. Extra work hours. No extra pay for extra hours. No appreciation. No recognition Poor Work culture.

I am unhappy with my current company due to a lack of work-life balance and irregular salary payments, sometimes with significant delays of 2 to 3 months.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance, and the primary issue is the delay in salary. There is a lack of respect, and there are no opportunities to learn new things here.

...gies the work life balance is not good low hike and work pressure is very high salary and appraisal are not good and they will not pay salary on time it's been delay two or three months company environment is not good and no celebrations on festival times
